Olivia Baggett, LMSW
I believe therapy is for everyone and lean on my ability to authentically connect with a warm and direct approach.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing a broad range of life experiences including anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, familial dysfunction, perfectionism, grief, trauma, and life transitions. I believe therapy is for everyone and lean strongly on my ability to authentically connect with my clients.
I utilize a broad therapeutic approach where I pull from Internal Family Systems, Emotion Focused Family Therapy, Solution Focused, and Psychodynamic approaches. I am trained in Internal Family Systems, Emotion Focused Family Therapy, and Psychodrama.
I am a graduate of The University of Georgia where I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Science. I furthered my education at UGA obtaining a Masters in Social Work with certificates in Marriage and Family Therapy and Substance Use Counseling. My professional experience includes years as a clinician at The Berman Center within their partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs for teens and adults.
When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, cooking, online shopping, reading, watching reality TV, and drinking diet coke.
I look forward to talking with you soon.
