You deserve support.

  • Individual therapy

We work with clients individually to support them in difficult times and help them explore and achieve their goals. The therapy journey can be lifelong for some, and it can also mean inviting a therapist into your inner world during a critical period when you need a little extra help to get back to yourself and to your life.

  • Couples therapy

Couples therapy is a space for all stages of relationships—whether you’re newly dating, in a long-term relationship, engaged, newlywed, well into a lasting marriage, or navigating a potential divorce. We work with couples to enhance their connection, heal old hurts, and move forward in a way that feels safer, warmer, and more loving.

  • Family therapy

We don’t need to say it—families can get complicated. Miscommunications, tension, or life changes can often make connecting difficult. Family therapy offers a space to listen, heal, and grow together—so you can strengthen your relationships and support each other in a way that feels honest, authentic, and lasting.

Therapy is an investment in yourself.

Just like caring for your physical health, nurturing your mental and emotional well-being is essential. Therapy is a space where you can gain clarity, heal past wounds, and learn tools and strategies to navigate life with more ease, confidence, and inner peace. Investing in therapy means choosing you —your growth, your happiness, and your future. Because you deserve support, and you deserve to feel at home within yourself.

 Frequently asked questions

  • We are private pay providers and do not directly bill insurance for treatment. Some benefits of paying privately include more privacy and more control in our work together.

However, we’ve found that many insurance companies will cover a portion of our services as out-of-network providers. To support this, we are happy to provide you with a “super bill” that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

We recommend calling your insurance provider before starting treatment to find out what reimbursement they offer for out-of-network providers. This way you will have a better idea of what you can expect for out-of-pocket costs!

  • We offer both depending on what works best for you!

  • Under Georgia’s ethical guidelines for therapists, your information is kept confidential with a few exceptions.

    These include:

    - Subpoena of records by the court

    - Client is deemed an immediate harm to self or someone else

    - Therapist is made aware of child abuse, elder abuse, or abuse of person with disabilities, as we are mandated reporters

  • Sessions are 50 minutes long.

  • This varies from client to client. We recommend coming once a week in the beginning to develop a solid rapport with your therapist. After that, therapy sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on your unique needs.
